North Ormond Beach is home to a new Bar B Que restaurant
called Smoke Shack BBQ. This is going to be an instant
success as the owners are Award Winning Pitmasters for
their fantastic BBQ. When you enter their location, it
is everything you would expect an award winning BBQ
restaurant to be. The rustic look is just right, complete
with the BBQ pit in an unattached building. The mouth watering aroma's permeating through the air, exciting every culinary nerve ending in your body. The countless trophies that adorn the restaurant from years of winning competition after competition. The tender, moist, savory, smokey delights that they serve are by all rights, the best BBQ that I have ever experienced. From the ribs to the turkey and chicken you cant beat the taste. But wait ! there's real BBQ beef brisket, just like you might find in Texas but with their own tasty touch, it's to die for! The ribs are beyond description. When I finished my tender, succulent rib plate, I wanted to get the bones plated in bronze. You can't forget the sides either, tasty BBQ beans, sweet zesty coleslaw and more. They have it all ! The Whited and The Hillis families have made their way around the country with their award wining BBQ, but thankfully decided to build their restaurant here. Visit them at 1105 N.
